Delivery & Returns Policy
RS Industrial Services are committed to selling high-quality products, if the goods are proven to be faulty or do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we will offer a replacement or refund and pay for their return. In other cases the cost of return is paid by the customer and should be returned in original sale condition (including packaging) within 30 days.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, once the products have been returned to our office.
If you decide to return a none faulty product to us you may be liable to pay a restocking charge that will be relative to the purchase price of the product(s).
In the event that you miss a delivery attempt, you may be liable to pay for extra redelivery charges.
Please be aware that our free delivery offer does not apply to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.
Free delivery applies to most of the products we sell but some products will include a carriage charge.
Free delivery applies to a standard delivery service and not to any form of Next day service.
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your invoice or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries
We will only offer refunds for defective products inside of 30 days from date of purchase thereafter we will offer an exchange or repair as appropriate
