Data Entry Administrator
Teesside Branch

As a data entry administrator, you will provide administrative support to staff and relevant projects. You will work within a team to manage the company database of clients and products, maintaining and updating orderly systems ensuring all company data is input onto the computer system accurately and efficiently. You will be working in a bespoke internal system and also be required to update information using Excel. You will be required to prepare product images using Photoshop. Training will be given, but some experience in Excel would be required. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.



A) Responsible to:
Divisional Supervisor, Manager, Company Director

B) Liaison with:
Supervisor, Managers, Staff, Suppliers
Main tasks of job:

  • Organise and prepare data for entry onto the company database and website.
  • Gather supplier product information and enter/update information on internal database.
  • Check and update product information and prices.
  • Help add and manage product information on E-commerce website.
  • Create SEO content and add meta descriptions to Online products (using Visualsoft admin site).

Overhead Cranes Engineers

In this job role, you would be required to provide both electrical and mechanical service maintenance inspection and repairs to electric overhead cranes, hoists and material handling equipment. The role will include some installation and testing work of cranes, hoists, jib cranes & other material handling equipment.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be apprentice trained and be able to conduct on-site electrical / mechanical trouble-shooting / fault finding. As the Engineer will be dealing with customer breakdowns and the position will include out of hours working, overtime and call out work as and when required.

A company vehicle will be provided, as the majority of the work will be carried out on site at customer’s premises in and around the North East area. Key Skills Required:

  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Computer literate.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights.
  • LEEA advantageous.
  • Towing licence advantageous.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, electrically qualified, electro-mechanical Service Engineer. An experience of service/repair work on overhead cranes would be desirable. Proven competency to install, inspect and maintain lifting equipment would be an advantage.

Field Sales Consultant

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sales of the Company products and services, ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of the sales. You will identify objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short and long-term sales and earnings with your focus being B2B sales growth.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Relevant product knowledge and experience of Cranes and Lifting Equipment.
  • Demonstrable experience and success in a B2B selling environment.
  • Excellent ability to close sales.
  • Presentation and marketing skills.
  • Experience in developing industry and market sectors.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks.
