Aims:
To teach each candidate the legislation, skills and knowledge to competently operate a V.N.A. truck.
To make the candidate competent in the safe control and handling of the truck whilst undertaking a range of operations.
Make the candidate aware of the problems associated with instability and handling while undertaking a range of operations.
